"IF YOU’RE LOOKING FOR AN EPIC BACHELORETTE BASH, “THE WEST'S MOST WESTERN TOWN” IS ONE PLACE YOU SHOULD DEFINITELY CONSIDER."
Planning a bachelorette party? From chic hotels and delicious dining options to vibrant nightlife and plenty of daytime activities, Scottsdale has it all...and more. Plus, it’s just 15 minutes from the Phoenix airport, which makes transport a breeze. Between everything there is to eat, drink and do—not to mention all the glorious sunshine—it’s no surprise Scottsdale is joining the ranks of Vegas and Austin as a top bachelorette destinations in the west. Simply put: If you’re looking for an epic bachelorette bash, “The West's Most Western Town” is one place you should definitely consider.
Where To Stay
From posh, mountain-view resorts—with immaculate gardens, spas and golf courses—to more moderate, centrally located spots, Scottsdale is full of fabulous accommodations. And did we mention spacious rooms? So forget trying to cram into a tiny space. No matter your budget there are tons of terrific options.
The Saguaro and the W Scottsdale—both in Old Town—are super chic. Plus, they have great pools and easy access to the best clubs, bars and restaurants. If you’re trying to stick to a budget, Aloft Scottsdale and Hilton Garden Inn Old Town are more affordable—and equally convenient—choices.

Airbnb is one of the most affordable and nicest options.
BTW Old Town isn’t the only place to stay. Looking for an ultra luxurious resort experience and a bit more serenity? The Phoenician and Sanctuary are ideal spots. Both are nestled in Camelback Mountain, which means easy access to trails—and are still just a ten-minute cab away from downtown.
Where to Eat
After a long day of hiking, or R&R, you’re bound to work up an appetite. Of course when it comes to eats, you'll find excellent Southwestern fare, but Scottsdale’s food scene is growing!
The Mission and SumoMaya are both highly coveted reservations to score for Friday and/or Saturday night. Topping our list of trendy spots is SumoMaya, which serves up Mexican-Asian fusion fare in a lively atmosphere. While modern latin cuisine, craft tequila cocktails and a large outdoor terrace make The Mission a popular spot for a boozy group dinner—before hitting the town.
If boozy brunch is your thing, there are plenty of egg-celent eateries (pun intended). Bottomless mimosas and bellinis are not the only reason to visit The House Brasserie, the buttermilk pancakes, duck verde chilaquiles and steak hash are top notch. In the mood for a taste of the East Coast? The Montauk is a beach-inspired spot that makes a brilliant Bloody Mary, and serves up both warm and cold lobster rolls.
By Sunday, you may feel like less booze and more healthy food, which means it’s the perfect time to check out the seasonal menu at True Food Kitchen. Nab a table on the outdoor patio and nourish your party-ravaged body with nutrient-rich dishes, like the vegan chorizo burrito and garden scramble. And be sure to wash it down with Juby True cold pressed juice or health-ade kombucha. If you’re still thirsty for an adult beverage, try a honey-grapefruit mimosa or a glass of organic wine.

Where to Party
The New York Times dubbed downtown Scottsdale "a desert version of Miami's South Beach." Not surprisingly, you’ll find plenty of hot spots to dance and drink the day and night away—many even offer bachelorette party packages.
If you love to day drink, there’s plenty of opportunities to party while the sun is out - perhaps booking a poolside cabana or daybed. Maya Day & Nightclub is famed for its massive Vegas-style pool parties. It should also be mentioned that at night some of the biggest DJs spin tunes till the sun comes up. And, every Friday through Sunday from 12-6PM, the iconic pool at the W Scottsdale turns into a party central. The Scottsdale Party Bike is a popular activity with bachelorette parties of all sizes. Smaller groups can book individual seats on the Old Town Pub Crawl, while big bashes can book the entire party bike, which accommodate up to 14 people. If beer is your thing, Brat Haus has an outdoor beer garden so you can enjoy the weather, while sipping on some brew.
And when it comes to late night partying, the nightlife scene in Old Town is buzzing, err bumping. The Downtown Trolley, a free service (no, that's not a typo), will take you anywhere in the downtown area. And once you've hit the main strip, you can walk from one bustling spot to another. Whiskey Row wins for its country tunes and full bar, stocked with plenty of whiskey, of course. Citizen Public House and Second Story Liquor Bar score points for their specialty craft cocktails. Looking to dance the night away? Spend the latter half of your Saturday night letting loose at Rogue Bar. If a swanky lounge is more your speed, hit up The Beverly (formerly Mabel's On Main) or the Living Room at the W Scottsdale. For a more low key experience, Counter Intuitive is a speakeasy with killer craft cocktails. Or order a few bottles of vino at Kazimierz World Wine Bar.
