Yoga Flow:

This gentle flow class is suitable for all levels.  We will focus on deep diaphragmatic breathing, increasing circulation, building strength and gaining mobility.  Attention will be given  to alignment, posture and strengthening the core and the major bones of the body..    A blissful Savasana  guaranteed

 (Gentle)  85 minutes class length


Gentle Flow:

This beginner class moves at a deliberate pace, brining awareness to breath, posture and awakening the body head to toe from the inside out. 

(Gentle) 90 minutes class length


Intermediate Flow (Saturdays):

This class moves at a steady pace. Awakening the body from head to toe from the breath and deep within the core; Sun Salutations, standing poses, seated poses, supportive core strength work, back bends and inversions are explored. 

(Moderate) 90 minutes class length



"Mysore-style" is the traditional way ashtanga vinyasa is taught. No experience is necessary, this is actually a GREAT class for beginners, because you move at your own pace, and receive  personalized attention and assistance from the teacher.  (All levels from Beginner to Advanced)  90 minutes class length



The Primary Series of Astanga Yoga – or Yoga Chikitsa (Yoga Therapy) is a flowing, set sequence of postures utilizing ujjayi breath and bandhas (energy locks) to increase muscular strength, flexibility, endurance and concentration. This is not a beginner class, however practitioners of all levels my attend. Modifications will be given if needed. (Intense)  90 minutes class length
