This yoga series continues every 4 weeks.

* No previous yoga experience is necessary. 

This yoga series is a full body movement experience.

Focusing on breathing deeply within gentle yoga postures to increase lymphatic fluid movement and circulation throughout the whole body.

In this series, there will be little weight bearing on wrists. The classes will move at a pace where the student can really focus on deep diaphragmatic breath and healthy alignment of the joints, pelvis and spine. The body's mobility and deep core muscles will be awakened and strengthened. We will focus on strengthening the bones of the body, especially the pelvis and spine - including pelvic floor strength. The postures in this flow will be regenerating of muscle and bone and restorative of the nervous system.

  • Herniated Discs
  • Post cancer recovery
  • Those working with chronic injuries or health challenges
